Before Contacting Support
- Check the Cifru documentation PDF for setup steps and connector details.
- Open Cifru > Settings > Security review to check local warnings.
- For connection issues, note the source type, connection error, TLS setting, and whether the source has read-only permissions.
- For widgets, note whether the widget is cached or live and whether Settings > Update widget snapshot now was used.
Do Not Send Secrets
Do not send passwords, API secrets, bearer tokens, private database credentials, customer data exports, or production business data by email. If an example is needed, sanitize it first.
Important Notes
Cifru is a read-only local workspace builder. Users configure their own data sources and are responsible for credentials, permissions, third-party service terms, source availability, and source-side data deletion.
