Choose a product class; inspect units, supplier and buyer codes, lead time and business references.
UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. Selected physical identifiers are supported by dated vendor SQL examples (2019 R2 / 2026 R2) and the 2026 R1 OData service contract explicitly mapping entities to database tables and properties to column names. Functional context is Stock Code Maintenance 2026 R1. The older March 2021 architecture supplies the default dbo owner; the documented StockCode business key comes from a 7.0.006 multimedia example, not an inspected SQL primary-key index. For purchasing, sales, warehouse teams and managers: choose a product class, search by description or business references, and inspect the product’s stocking/alternate/other units, supplier and buyer codes, native lead time, conversion settings and extended description.

Free: one source, one native table and all 16 selected business fields in same-row Details. No custom SQL, related lists, widgets or automatic refresh. Existing workspace resources count towards plan limits. A product class must be chosen on opening. Reads are bounded to 2,000 matching products; hitting the limit does not mean the catalogue is complete. Search and local filters act on loaded rows, not the entire source. This is the current product master, not warehouse stock, sales availability, pricing, historical invoice units or a replenishment/MRP proposal.
Product, supplier, buyer, class and alternate references are useful native business codes, not invented names. Supplier and Buyer are not contact records joined by Cifru. LeadTime is the stored native number of days, not an ETA calculated from a calendar. Stocking/alternate/other units remain exactly as stored, including installations that do not use ISO unit codes. Conversion factors and method codes are shown separately without guessed decoding or conversion arithmetic. Factors are text to preserve source precision; local filtering/sorting on these fields is textual. Current factors do not revise outstanding orders that retain their original settings. Empty descriptions/references remain empty. No technical audit user, internal IDs, mass/volume with unproven units, quantities, prices or costs are included.
Map an authorised least-privilege SELECT source to the applicable inventory database. Verify the edition, dbo owner, all selected column names/types, uniqueness of StockCode, permissions, shared-inventory/company scope, actual results and response times before business use. SQL types, nullability and physical indexes were not inspected. Product-class filters are not access control and do not guarantee inexpensive reads. Enforce company/stock access at the source; do not assume ERP operator permissions also protect a separate SQL login. Direct SQL access must be permitted by the deployment; this SQL Server package is not a Syspro Cloud ERP OData configuration.
