Customers at your fingertips: select a country and status, search by business name or code, open a grouped commercial dossier and follow two on-demand buttons to the complete contact and address lists. Find phone, email, external/internal job title, language, active/main-contact flags, visit/postal/invoice/delivery and custom addresses, and the contact linked to each address.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one SQL Server source, three lists and two relations. The account dossier has 22 useful values; contact and address Details each have 14 useful values. GUIDs used for identity and relations are hidden. The main contact is identified through the account contact GUID, not the first contact or a numeric account code. All contacts remain accessible, including inactive contacts. Each address is a distinct GUID record; custom types are preserved. Main means main for that address type, not the single main address for the account. Visit-address fields are the master copy in Cicmpy. Status and the separate blocked flag are not collapsed into one setting. Currency and payment settings are defaults, not invoice currency, due dates or unpaid balances. Payment-condition and payment-method values remain codes; they are not calculated terms or promised available features. The three delivery flags are customer defaults, not quantities or actual shipment states. This dossier selects only master account type C; it does not infer every customer/supplier role from debtor/creditor balances. No bank accounts, credit cards, tax identifiers, system/server settings, audit dates, employee relatives or undefined free fields are included.
IMPORTANT LEGACY SCOPE: the vendor landing page identifies release 396, December 2010. The PDF also mentions 391 in the preface and 399 on the cover. This is selected legacy physical CRM evidence, not a current Globe+, Globe Next or any installed-version certificate. The current vendor SQL Server/Azure documentation confirms engine context only, not unchanged fields. Verify every object, column, key, default schema and meaning in your installation with your administrator, complete the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview before using it. Globe/Globe Next/Globe+ are one product family, not three products.
Use an administrator-approved company database and a dedicated SELECT-only SQL user over authorised records. Do not use sa/sysadmin or execute the creation/migration/permission examples in the source documents. The queries require the three unqualified objects to resolve to the confirmed default schema; dbo is not assumed but is allowed if confirmed. An empty result may mean the wrong default schema or unavailable metadata, not absence of customers/suppliers. A format/read test alone does not establish the correct company or access controls. Direct SQL does not inherit Globe roles, SecurityLevel checks or division restrictions automatically; country/status filters are not access control. Main division code is a master preference, not cross-company isolation.
Each list is limited to 2,000 rows; results can be incomplete. Contacts and addresses are requested only for the selected account, with bound parameters, not all records cached in advance. There is no scheduled refresh. Sorting/filtering and the SQL row limit do not prove inexpensive execution or enforce permissions. No real ERP or SQL Server installation has been tested. The tests use a selected documentary contract and a synthetic fixture adapter. Screenshots must use wholly fictional DEMO data through the native Cifru UI; they do not prove a real ERP connection. The package contains no server, username, password, business rows or vendor PDF. Unofficial and not affiliated with Exact.

Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one SQL Server source, three lists and two relations. The account dossier has 22 useful values; contact and address Details each have 14 useful values. GUIDs used for identity and relations are hidden. The main contact is identified through the account contact GUID, not the first contact or a numeric account code. All contacts remain accessible, including inactive contacts. Each address is a distinct GUID record; custom types are preserved. Main means main for that address type, not the single main address for the account. Visit-address fields are the master copy in Cicmpy. Status and the separate blocked flag are not collapsed into one setting. Currency and payment settings are defaults, not invoice currency, due dates or unpaid balances. Payment-condition and payment-method values remain codes; they are not calculated terms or promised available features. The three delivery flags are customer defaults, not quantities or actual shipment states. This dossier selects only master account type C; it does not infer every customer/supplier role from debtor/creditor balances. No bank accounts, credit cards, tax identifiers, system/server settings, audit dates, employee relatives or undefined free fields are included.\n\nIMPORTANT LEGACY SCOPE: the vendor landing page identifies release 396, December 2010. The PDF also mentions 391 in the preface and 399 on the cover. This is selected legacy physical CRM evidence, not a current Globe+, Globe Next or any installed-version certificate. The current vendor SQL Server/Azure documentation confirms engine context only, not unchanged fields. Verify every object, column, key, default schema and meaning in your installation with your administrator, complete the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview before using it. Globe/Globe Next/Globe+ are one product family, not three products.\n\nUse an administrator-approved company database and a dedicated SELECT-only SQL user over authorised records. Do not use sa/sysadmin or execute the creation/migration/permission examples in the source documents. The queries require the three unqualified objects to resolve to the confirmed default schema; dbo is not assumed but is allowed if confirmed. An empty result may mean the wrong default schema or unavailable metadata, not absence of customers/suppliers. A format/read test alone does not establish the correct company or access controls. Direct SQL does not inherit Globe roles, SecurityLevel checks or division restrictions automatically; country/status filters are not access control. Main division code is a master preference, not cross-company isolation.\n\nEach list is limited to 2,000 rows; results can be incomplete. Contacts and addresses are requested only for the selected account, with bound parameters, not all records cached in advance. There is no scheduled refresh. Sorting/filtering and the SQL row limit do not prove inexpensive execution or enforce permissions. No real ERP or SQL Server installation has been tested. The tests use a selected documentary contract and a synthetic fixture adapter. Screenshots must use wholly fictional DEMO data through the native Cifru UI; they do not prove a real ERP connection.
