Choose a branch; inspect contacts, classification, responsibility, currency, stored flags and last activity.

Customer semantics use the 2023 Customers help. Mixed documents do not certify a particular installed or current release. Run the read/compatibility test at import.
For sales, customer service, credit control and managers: choose a branch, find a customer by name or business code, and inspect contact details, classification, responsibility, transaction currency, stored hold/credit flags and the dates of the last sale and payment.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorised source and your Cifru plan.
Free: one company source, one native table and 15 mapped business fields in same-row Details. No custom SQL, related lists, widgets or automatic refresh. Customer is a business code, not an internal record ID. Existing workspace resources count towards plan limits. Choose a branch or all branches on opening; each read is bounded to 2,000 matching customers. Search and local filters act on loaded rows; hitting the limit does not mean the roster is complete.
Branch, class, area and salesperson are native codes, not invented or joined names. Currency is the customer transaction currency code: it is not necessarily the company base currency or an ISO code; special values remain unchanged. CustomerOnHold Y means on hold for new sales-order/AR processing; it does not mean deleted or universally inactive (some WIP operations remain possible). Other hold values are shown without guessed decoding. CreditStatus is a stored ERP code updated by configured ERP processes, not a fresh credit assessment calculated by Cifru. Dates are last activity, not technical modification dates. Empty contacts, flags and dates remain empty.
This first dossier does not include balances, monetary credit limits, orders, invoices, postal addresses or all nine planned business flows. Amounts are omitted until their currency and period basis are separately verified. The older index example uses Class, but the selected explicit SQL/dictionary uses CustomerClass: do not assume they are aliases.
Map an authorised least-privilege SELECT source to the SYSPRO company database, not the system-wide database. Verify the exact edition, dbo owner, selected columns, uniqueness of Customer, date formats, permissions, results and response times before business use. Most SQL types/nullability were not inspected. Opening filters are not access control; restrict permitted companies/branches at the source. The package cannot grant database access and performs no source writes. Customer contact data may be confidential.
No source connection details, credentials, bank data, production rows or user-defined ArCustomer+ columns are included. Screenshots show entirely fictional DEMO rows in native Cifru, not a live SYSPRO connection test. This is an unofficial Community configuration, not endorsed by SYSPRO.
