For purchasing, engineering, warehouse teams, sales and managers: find a part by description, commercial code or manufacturer reference; inspect classification, drawing/revision references, stored controls, tenant planning parameters and purchasing responsibility codes.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Free: one authorized SQL Server source, one native PART table, one Home and all 37 useful same-row Details positions. No custom SQL, joins, related lists, widgets, calculations or periodic refresh. Existing workspace resources count toward limits. Choose Commodity code or All on opening. Each read is capped at 2,000 records; search/local filters cover loaded rows only. The cap does not guarantee completeness or fast source reads.
TENANT MASTER, NOT SITE STOCK: these are the stored PART values, not a selected site, PART_SITE overrides, resolved inheritance, independently planned warehouse values, current on-hand/available quantity, movements, cost or price. VISUAL permits site overrides; fields such as product classification, controls and planning may differ at a site. Tenant values must not be treated as that site’s effective operational settings. Confirm the scope before use. No site/warehouse column or filter is invented.
ID is the commercial part code, deliberately displayed, not an unrelated technical ID. Manufacturer part code, preferred supplier, planner, buyer, drawing, revision and classification codes remain their source values; names from other tables are not fabricated. Stock unit code is the source unit, not a presumed ISO or sales/purchasing conversion. Tax/tariff codes are stored references, not tax rates, compliance certification or calculated taxes.
Planning quantities are parameters in the documented stock-unit context, not quantities currently stocked, open orders, forecasts or availability. Safety stock is a planning parameter, not a counted quantity. Lead time and supply coverage are days, not promised delivery dates. Min/max and order multiples guide planning; this list does not run MRP. Raw status/flag/policy codes have no guessed Y/N, active/inactive or true/false legend. BOD ItemStatus is derived from multiple conditions and is not PART.STATUS. STOCKED is informational, not evidence of on-hand stock. Unknown, NULL, empty, zero, negative and precise source values are not replaced with defaults. No rounding, currency conversion or aggregation is performed.
DOCUMENTATION: selected explicit qualified database references in the official outbound BOD mapping dated 01 April 2019; its release says Infor VISUAL, not a numeric 10.x certification inferred from the URL. Business identity/scope uses the 11.1.0 Concepts manual and business context the 11.1.0 Inventory guide dated 22 January 2026. Mixed dates do not prove installed 2026 DDL, field types, nullability, constraints, collation or every version’s compatibility. BOD constants, IDs, generated timestamps, binary specifications and other-table notes are not invented as PART columns. These are not CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine mappings.
INSTALLATION: owner is unknown, not assumed dbo. Confirm exactly one authorized PART object and the same resolution in Android and iOS; ambiguity is an administrator prerequisite to resolve, not a guarantee of automatic rejection by the importer. Android may prefer dbo; iOS uses SQL login resolution. Remap the fully qualified object/exact case in Studio and retest read-only if needed. Validate each name, type, result, complete unique ID, edition and response time with the administrator before importing.
PRIVACY: use a separate least-privilege SELECT account with validated TLS and authorized tenant/site scope enforced by the source. SQL does not inherit VISUAL user/site permissions or audit. Opening filters are not ACL. The model creates no objects, grants access or writes. No server, database login, password, real production rows or vendor example data are included. Public DEMO images require independent native review. Not tested on a real ERP/SQL Server/iOS or a Free subscription purchase.

GALLERY: five original native Cifru screenshots show the complete cards and all 37 positions in three complementary Details views. All values are wholly fictional DEMO; no connected VISUAL installation or real credentials were filmed. No field was removed or value retouched to fit the gallery. The opening selection was DEMO-METAL; All/empty/unknown/NULL were checked only in adapted offline reference tests. Synthetic transport can render NULL as text in unselected rows, not a real SQL NULL-conversion test. The filming environment had Pro test entitlement; the package uses Free resources, not a Free purchase certification. Original PNG/XML/input and silent RAW are retained privately; PNG approval does not approve the whole RAW.

Unknown, NULL, empty, zero, negative and precise source values are not replaced with defaults. No rounding, currency conversion or aggregation is performed.\n\nDOCUMENTATION: selected explicit qualified database references in the official outbound BOD mapping dated 01 April 2019; its release says Infor VISUAL, not a numeric 10.x certification inferred from the URL. Business identity/scope uses the 11.1.0 Concepts manual and business context the 11.1.0 Inventory guide dated 22 January 2026. Mixed dates do not prove installed 2026 DDL, field types, nullability, constraints, collation or every version’s compatibility. BOD constants, IDs, generated timestamps, binary specifications and other-table notes are not invented as PART columns. These are not CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine mappings.\n\nINSTALLATION: owner is unknown, not assumed dbo. Confirm exactly one authorized PART object and the same resolution in Android and iOS; ambiguity is an administrator prerequisite to resolve, not a guarantee of automatic rejection by the importer. Android may prefer dbo; iOS uses SQL login resolution. Remap the fully qualified object/exact case in Studio and retest read-only if needed. Validate each name, type, result, complete unique ID, edition and response time with the administrator before importing.\n\nPRIVACY: use a separate least-privilege SELECT account with validated TLS and authorized tenant/site scope enforced by the source.
