Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Free: one current native Icitem table, one bounded live list and all45 selected positions in same-row Details. No custom SQL, related lists, calculated totals, widgets or periodic refresh. Existing workspace resources count towards plan limits. Status is selected at opening; All also includes unclassified, blank or unknown statuses. Class is optional and not a compulsory opening filter. At most2,000 matching items are loaded; search/local filters apply only to loaded rows. A row cap is not a performance guarantee.
Current item master only: not a warehouse stock, available-to-sell, historic stock, valuation or quotation report. Current Icitem is not archived Icitemh. Item code is unique within the authorised company database, not globally across companies. Inventory vendor is its recorded Icvend code, not an assumed AP supplier join or current supplier name. Stock, sales and purchase unit codes are distinct; no unit conversion, specification consolidation or stock aggregation is performed.
Prices and standard cost are displayed as recorded source strings, with NO currency symbol: selected Icitem supplies no ISO currency code. The gallery explicitly labels this limit. Ask the administrator to confirm installed currency and price/unit basis before financial use. A source value is not a current valid quote or a warehouse cost. Minimum price parameter remains paired with its native type code; PC is a documented default, not a complete type legend or a proved monetary amount. Maximum discount rate has no assumed display-percent conversion. Source tax-inclusive values are read as stored: no tax/FX/formula, discount eligibility, effective price, amount sum or stock valuation is calculated. Special-price dates do not by themselves prove current validity.
Native codes/flags stay recorded values, including zero, blank, NULL and unknown; no default or nonzero-to-true coercion. IC12 documents A=Active and I=Inactive. Cost methods: 1=Average,2=FIFO,3=LIFO,4=Specific ID,5=Average with S/N,6=Standard,7=Standard with specification ID,8=Standard with S/N; unknown codes remain unchanged. No technical GUID, create/update audit field, bank account, customer/supplier personal row or credentials are included.
Evidence: own complete AccountMate12 SQL/Express IC Database Reference, original PDF created15February2021;45 selected Icitem positions, documented citemno key and exact status/cost-method legends. AMTBL widths/decimals and data-entry Required are not installed SQL DDL/nullability. This is not AccountMate Enterprise or current SQL14 certification. No owner dbo is asserted. Administrator must confirm the authorised backend company database and exactly one readable Icitem resolved identically by the SQL login on Android/iOS. Android metadata can prefer dbo for duplicate names; iOS uses login/default schema resolution. If owners are ambiguous, do not import unchanged: choose the administrator-confirmed qualified object in Studio and repeat a bounded read test. This is a prerequisite, not a claim that import automatically rejects duplicate owners.
Use a least-privilege SELECT-only reporting connection. Direct SQL does not inherit ERP ACL; opening filters are not permissions. Verify installed edition, owner, fields/types, full-key uniqueness, currency/unit/price semantics, collation, access rights, results and response times at import. No real ERP, SQL Server or iOS installation has been tested. Synthetic native formatting is not a real SQL NULL/decimal/date conversion test. Unofficial, not endorsed by AccountMate.

Gallery: Seven original native Cifru DEMO images show complete product cards and all45 selected business positions across five overlapping Details views. All descriptions, codes, barcodes, units, prices and dates are invented; no AccountMate installation was connected. Recorded prices/costs have no assumed currency symbol or unit conversion; the actual native gallery labels the currency and pricing-basis limitations. Free resources are required; the isolated filming environment has a Pro test entitlement, not a Free purchase/entitlement test. Native capture selects status A; All, blanks and unknown statuses were checked only by documentary/synthetic reference tests. Nine exact original PNG/XML pairs, frozen input and silent RAW master are retained privately. The Home overview and redundant Details5 are not public images. No field was removed, image retouched or row substituted to fit the gallery. Whole RAW remains pending separate video review. This is not a real ERP, SQLServer, iOS, installed owner/DDL, NULL/decimal/date conversion, collation, ACL or performance test.
