Inventory catalog with units and reference prices.
NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. Based on official Sage 100 US 2026 FLOR documentation and synthetic tests. Map your authorized company source, run the read/compatibility test at import, and check columns, permissions, results and performance before business use. DEMO images, when provided, use synthetic data.
For sales, purchasing, warehouse staff and managers: find regular inventory items by code, name or barcode; select a product line, check total on-hand stock, stock/sales/purchase units, reference price, costs and replenishment method. Open a row for the full item information; inactive items are explicitly identified.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Amounts are native source values, with no invented currency code, conversion, tax treatment or cross-company total. Verify the company currency and any multicurrency extensions. Standard prices are reference prices, not negotiated customer quotes. Standard cost is not inventory valuation unless that valuation method is in use. Average cost may be an estimate when stock is negative. On-hand quantities use the stock unit; sales/purchase units and their conversion factors are shown separately. No invented available-stock calculation or replenishment recommendation. Only regular inventory items are included in the Free catalog. The Pro warehouse report retains orphan warehouse rows with an explicit missing-master message instead of silently dropping stock. Reads are on demand, at most 2,000 rows each, without scheduled refresh. Narrow filters if the limit is reached; search only covers loaded rows. Row limits do not guarantee inexpensive scans. SQL permissions must explicitly allow all shown data, including costs. Display filters do not replace database access control.

Not ProvideX Standard/Advanced, Sage 100 France, or Sage 100 Contractor. A company-provided SQL read-only account is required; the package contains no server, credentials or business rows.
