UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. SELECTED XML/STORAGE DOCUMENTATION. Check item setup on your phone: search by code or description, choose stored status, type and sales flag, then open a grouped dossier for sales, procurement, stock tracking, serial/batch handling and assembly attributes. Useful to sales, purchasing and warehouse teams checking how an item is configured.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one authorised SQL Server source, one list, 20 stored values and five Details groups. Custom read-only SQL translates documented codes into English labels. Unknown codes remain visible as Code followed by the original value; NULL flags say Not specified, never No. The original item code is preserved for identity and search. Opening filters apply to the loaded bounded list, not ERP permissions or a complete inventory report. This is an item-setup dossier, not an invoices, stock-availability, valuation or price report. Stored status and sales/purchase flags do not prove a transaction is currently allowed: dates, ERP rules and security may also apply. Print, text, explode, discount and price-regulation settings are stored flags; Cifru does not reproduce the ERP rule engine.
DOCUMENTARY SCOPE: the official eExact XML reference identifies schema version 4.0.310.1; this is NOT an installed Globe release. Only explicit table-qualified storage comments are used. A Globe+ mandatory-fields document dated 26 September 2022 separately maps Items.ItemCode, Items.Description and Items.IsSalesItem. The item-maintenance help identifies the unique business item code. Its Active/Blocked availability prose is inconsistent; no effective availability is calculated from it. Administrators must verify every installed object, column, meaning, code mapping, actual key uniqueness and collation, then pass the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview. No real ERP, SQL Server or iOS installation was tested. Documentary and synthetic checks do not guarantee compatibility.
Use the approved company database and a dedicated SELECT-only user over authorised records, never sa/sysadmin. The query requires Items to resolve to the administrator-confirmed default schema; dbo is not assumed. A wrong schema or unavailable metadata can produce no results, not proof of an empty catalogue. Direct SQL does not inherit Globe roles, divisions, row restrictions or SecurityLevel checks. Filters are not access control. CONCAT requires SQL Server 2012 or later. The list is capped at 2,000 rows and may be incomplete; the limit does not prove cheap execution. There is no scheduled refresh. No joins, background polling, price arithmetic or stock aggregation are included.
Prices, currencies, quantities, VAT, suppliers, barcodes, availability dates, audit fields and undocumented XML/free fields are excluded, not guessed. Screenshots must be native Cifru screens using wholly fictional DEMO rows. The package contains no connection address, credentials, business rows or vendor manual. Gallery coverage: Three complementary native screenshots show all 20 values for one selected fictional DEMO item. The separate list image duplicates the complete card, the intermediate Details image clips the last row, and Home shows pre-read live-cache counters; those three are retained privately, not in the gallery. No sub-buttons exist in this configuration. Other items, unknown codes and null cases are not pictured. This is a stored item-setup dossier, not actual stock, prices, serial registers or effective transaction permission. All six original PNG/XML pairs were personally inspected; the RAW master remains unapproved separately.

Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one authorised SQL Server source, one list, 20 stored values and five Details groups. Custom read-only SQL translates documented codes into English labels. Unknown codes remain visible as Code followed by the original value; NULL flags say Not specified, never No. The original item code is preserved for identity and search. Opening filters apply to the loaded bounded list, not ERP permissions or a complete inventory report. This is an item-setup dossier, not an invoices, stock-availability, valuation or price report. Stored status and sales/purchase flags do not prove a transaction is currently allowed: dates, ERP rules and security may also apply. Print, text, explode, discount and price-regulation settings are stored flags; Cifru does not reproduce the ERP rule engine.\n\nDOCUMENTARY SCOPE: the official eExact XML reference identifies schema version 4.0.310.1; this is NOT an installed Globe release. Only explicit table-qualified storage comments are used. A Globe+ mandatory-fields document dated 26 September 2022 separately maps Items.ItemCode, Items.Description and Items.IsSalesItem. The item-maintenance help identifies the unique business item code. Its Active/Blocked availability prose is inconsistent; no effective availability is calculated from it. Administrators must verify every installed object, column, meaning, code mapping, actual key uniqueness and collation, then pass the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview. No real ERP, SQL Server or iOS installation was tested. Documentary and synthetic checks do not guarantee compatibility.\n\nUse the approved company database and a dedicated SELECT-only user over authorised records, never sa/sysadmin. The query requires Items to resolve to the administrator-confirmed default schema; dbo is not assumed. A wrong schema or unavailable metadata can produce no results, not proof of an empty catalogue. Direct SQL does not inherit Globe roles, divisions, row restrictions or SecurityLevel checks. Filters are not access control. CONCAT requires SQL Server 2012 or later. The list is capped at 2,000 rows and may be incomplete; the limit does not prove cheap execution. There is no scheduled refresh. No joins, background polling, price arithmetic or stock aggregation are included.\n\nPrices, currencies, quantities, VAT, suppliers, barcodes, availability dates, audit fields and undocumented XML/free fields are excluded, not guessed.
