UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. For authorised HR, payroll, labor-cost coordinators and managers: choose the current employee company and optional stored status, inspect the employee profile, contact, recorded hire/termination/review dates and period settings, then open the dated salary and labor history on demand.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one SQL Server source, two lists, one lazy relation, 17 employee values and 29 salary/labor values. Company and optional native status filters precede bounded root reads. No automatic refresh. Child requests bind employee and current master company before the read; canonical parent identity is preserved. EMPL is globally keyed by EMPL_ID; salary is keyed by employee AND the complete effective date. Company is required access context, not an invented part of the physical PK. The salary table has no company column: all dated records are grouped under the current employee master company, NOT certified historical company ownership. Future, old, zero and negative records are retained; no guessed latest/current rate. The default end date 12/31/2078 means the salary record has an open-ended default; it is NOT a legal contract expiry date.
Employee status ACT is corroborated as Active; all other codes remain explicit native codes or Not recorded. Stored status and dates do NOT certify an active legal employment contract, approved leave, HR compliance or effective headcount. Original and adjusted hire dates use official destination-field meanings; GUI current/past hire labels are not assumed exact SQL bindings. Administrator name is informational, not proof of the manager or a SQL-authorised supervisor. Review dates and period regular hours are settings, NOT completed reviews, worked timesheets or attendance.
Salary history includes position/title, home and HR organizations, job/category/class, compensation plan/grade, work schedules, three personnel-action descriptions and comments. Stored hourly, pay-period salary, annual and standard hourly references are visible in Details only, not on salary cards. Pay-period salary is NOT necessarily monthly and none of these amounts is net pay or proof of payment. Standard rate is read as stored, never recomputed. Estimated/configured annual hours are not actual worked hours. Native rate types H/S/F are corroborated separately; unknown/null types remain explicit. No overtime, taxes, deductions, bank settlement, payslip, contractual history or salary-growth calculation is reconstructed.
TRN_CRNCY_CD is labelled Labor / leave currency, not a certificate of the denomination of all stored pay references. The selected sources do not certify every amount currency or the installed payroll/multicurrency setup. No USD default, monetary symbol, exchange conversion, rates reconstructed from hours, net/monthly pay or combined totals. Verify denomination and pay-cycle basis with the administrator and actual source preview before using pay amounts.
Privacy: explicit SELECT projections exclude SSN, private/home address/email, birth, race, disability/medical data, bank/tax details, emergency contacts, authentication/login/PIN, audit usernames and modification timestamps. Employee ID can itself contain SSN in Costpoint: it remains hidden for identity/parameters, is not searchable or displayed, and is still transferred locally to support the authorised relation. Hiding it is NOT anonymisation or SQL security. Salary/personnel-action comments can contain confidential HR data; restrict access and sharing. No actual employees, identifiers, salaries or source credentials are bundled or shown in public DEMO captures.
Evidence: frozen official Costpoint 8.1.0 transaction dictionary plus separate 8.1 employee/salary destination bindings and salary-history help. No physical employee-to-salary FK is declared in the selected dictionary; the join is corroborated by both documented employee identifiers and the employee salary workflow. Deployed constraints/permissions must be checked. Oracle type spellings are NOT verified Microsoft SQL Server DDL or a 2026 schema certificate.
Requires administrator-authorised on-premises SQL Server and dedicated least-privilege SELECT access explicitly permitted to read the employees and salary records. Direct SQL does NOT inherit Costpoint HR roles, employee/org security or salary visibility. Company/status filters and the separate Salary history button are NOT ACLs. No Deltek Cloud database access, assumed dbo, sa/sysadmin, DDL, writes or staff/payroll updates. Default-schema object checks reject ambiguous lookup but cannot prove the intended company/source. Pass compatibility/read tests, confirm full keys, actual scoped previews, currency/pay cycle, privacy and timings. Up to 1,000 rows per list; option discovery and histories can be limited, loaded search is local. No completeness, real-time or performance guarantee. Not tested on a real ERP or SQL Server. Documentary/synthetic tests and native DEMO screenshots do not establish deployed compatibility, performance, source ACLs or legal payroll compliance. Unofficial, not affiliated with Deltek.

Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one SQL Server source, two lists, one lazy relation, 17 employee values and 29 salary/labor values. Company and optional native status filters precede bounded root reads. No automatic refresh. Child requests bind employee and current master company before the read; canonical parent identity is preserved. EMPL is globally keyed by EMPL_ID; salary is keyed by employee AND the complete effective date. Company is required access context, not an invented part of the physical PK. The salary table has no company column: all dated records are grouped under the current employee master company, NOT certified historical company ownership. Future, old, zero and negative records are retained; no guessed latest/current rate. The default end date 12/31/2078 means the salary record has an open-ended default; it is NOT a legal contract expiry date.\n\nEmployee status ACT is corroborated as Active; all other codes remain explicit native codes or Not recorded. Stored status and dates do NOT certify an active legal employment contract, approved leave, HR compliance or effective headcount. Original and adjusted hire dates use official destination-field meanings; GUI current/past hire labels are not assumed exact SQL bindings. Administrator name is informational, not proof of the manager or a SQL-authorised supervisor. Review dates and period regular hours are settings, NOT completed reviews, worked timesheets or attendance.\n\nSalary history includes position/title, home and HR organizations, job/category/class, compensation plan/grade, work schedules, three personnel-action descriptions and comments. Stored hourly, pay-period salary, annual and standard hourly references are visible in Details only, not on salary cards. Pay-period salary is NOT necessarily monthly and none of these amounts is net pay or proof of payment. Standard rate is read as stored, never recomputed. Estimated/configured annual hours are not actual worked hours. Native rate types H/S/F are corroborated separately; unknown/null types remain explicit. No overtime, taxes, deductions, bank settlement, payslip, contractual history or salary-growth calculation is reconstructed.\n\nTRN_CRNCY_CD is labelled Labor / leave currency, not a certificate of the denomination of all stored pay references. The selected sources do not certify every amount currency or the installed payroll/multicurrency setup. No USD default, monetary symbol, exchange conversion, rates reconstructed from hours, net/monthly pay or combined totals. Verify denomination and pay-cycle basis with the administrator and actual source preview before using pay amounts.\n\nPrivacy: explicit SELECT projections exclude SSN, private/home address/email, birth, race, disability/medical data, bank/tax details, emergency contacts, authentication/login/PIN, audit usernames and modification timestamps. Employee ID can itself contain SSN in Costpoint: it remains hidden for identity/parameters, is not searchable or displayed, and is still transferred locally to support the authorised relation. Hiding it is NOT anonymisation or SQL security. Salary/personnel-action comments can contain confidential HR data; restrict access and sharing. No actual employees, identifiers, salaries or source credentials are bundled or shown in public DEMO captures.\n\nEvidence: frozen official Costpoint 8.1.0 transaction dictionary plus separate 8.1 employee/salary destination bindings and salary-history help. No physical employee-to-salary FK is declared in the selected dictionary; the join is corroborated by both documented employee identifiers and the employee salary workflow. Deployed constraints/permissions must be checked. Oracle type spellings are NOT verified Microsoft SQL Server DDL or a 2026 schema certificate.\n\nRequires administrator-authorised on-premises SQL Server and dedicated least-privilege SELECT access explicitly permitted to read the employees and salary records. Direct SQL does NOT inherit Costpoint HR roles, employee/org security or salary visibility. Company/status filters and the separate Salary history button are NOT ACLs. No Deltek Cloud database access, assumed dbo, sa/sysadmin, DDL, writes or staff/payroll updates. Default-schema object checks reject ambiguous lookup but cannot prove the intended company/source. Pass compatibility/read tests, confirm full keys, actual scoped previews, currency/pay cycle, privacy and timings.
