Part revisions, units and native inventory-abbreviation quantities, with lazy warehouse/location and physical-count details.
UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. For warehouse teams, buyers, production planners and managers: select company and inventory abbreviation, inspect part revisions, units, stored on-hand, reserved, ordered, inspection, hold and shipment quantities, then open the actual warehouse locations and physical-count references on demand.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one SQL Server source, two lists, one lazy relation, 22 inventory fields and 14 location fields. Mandatory native company and inventory-abbreviation filters precede the bounded root read. Abbreviation means a Costpoint inventory/project scope, NOT a warehouse. Root quantities cover that part/revision and abbreviation across warehouses. The Locations child shows each warehouse/location quantity and type separately. It does not repeat the root total as each warehouse stock. Full physical part + abbreviation + warehouse + location keys are hidden; useful business part, revision, project, warehouse and location codes remain visible. Same part ID with another revision is a different part. Children bind physical part, abbreviation AND company.
Current ITEM description/default inventory unit and current warehouse/location names are optional master enrichment, not historical transaction text. Joins use documented physical keys and additional company checks. Missing or cross-company masters keep the stock row, fall back to its recorded code and leave missing units/names empty. Current default U/M is corroborated by the official item-import rule requiring consistency with the inventory U/M, but the installed unit/conversion rules must still be checked. No invented EA unit or conversion.
Stored quantities are read separately, preserving zero, negative and NULL values. On-hand is NOT free-to-use, saleable or Net Available stock. Native Net Available depends on several buckets and an MRB production setting outside this package: no on-hand minus reserved shortcut. No mixed-unit totals, ABS, costs, prices, stock value, future delivery dates, valuation, legal inventory reconciliation or as-of-date snapshot. No date filter on current stock; last issue/receipt/adjustment/count dates are references, not movements in a selected period. Zero-location and non-on-hand location types are retained; not every location is usable stock.
Location type comes from the stored location-row native code with optional S_LOC_TYPE dictionary description; unknown/null codes remain explicit, never assumed On-Hand. Physical count date/reference is not a freshness certificate for all quantities. Current warehouse/location names do not establish operational availability. Expediting free text may contain confidential business information: restrict authorised SQL access and inspect real previews before sharing. No serial/lot history, manufacturing allocations, source credentials, employee data, addresses, export classification fields, audit usernames or modification timestamps are exported.
Evidence: immutable official 8.1.0 transaction dictionary, 8.1 inventory-abbreviation/location help, part revision and security documentation, and separate item-import unit constraints. The main inventory help incorrectly describes On Hand as On Hold; the Inv Abbrev subtask explicitly says on-hand locations. This contradiction is recorded, not silently removed. Verify installed bucket meanings and reconciliation. Most physical definitions are blank; functional meanings are corroboration, NOT an installed calculation certificate. Oracle type spellings are NOT verified Microsoft SQL Server DDL or a 2026 schema.
Requires administrator-authorised on-premises transaction SQL Server and dedicated least-privilege SELECT access to authorised parts/projects/companies. No Deltek Cloud database access, assumed dbo ownership, sa/sysadmin, DDL, writes, transfer/count or reconciliation execution. Default-schema object checks reject ambiguous resolution but cannot certify the intended source. Direct SQL does NOT inherit Costpoint company, project, role or part-security ITAR/EAR restrictions; opening filters are NOT ACLs. The administrator must enforce these restrictions on SQL views/accounts.
Pass Cifru compatibility/read tests, verify complete deployed keys, units, quantity buckets, source privileges, actual previews and timings. Up to 1,000 rows per list; option discovery/reads can be limited, loaded search is local, no automatic refresh. No completeness, real-time or performance guarantee. Not tested on a real ERP or SQL Server. Documentary/synthetic tests and native DEMO captures do not prove deployed compatibility, performance, complete data, source ACLs or regulatory compliance. For warehouse teams, buyers, production planners and managers: select company and inventory abbreviation, inspect part revisions, units, stored on-hand, reserved, ordered, inspection, hold and shipment quantities, then open the actual warehouse locations and physical-count references on demand.\n\nWhy Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one SQL Server source, two lists, one lazy relation, 22 inventory fields and 14 location fields. Mandatory native company and inventory-abbreviation filters precede the bounded root read. Abbreviation means a Costpoint inventory/project scope, NOT a warehouse. Root quantities cover that part/revision and abbreviation across warehouses. The Locations child shows each warehouse/location quantity and type separately. It does not repeat the root total as each warehouse stock. Full physical part + abbreviation + warehouse + location keys are hidden; useful business part, revision, project, warehouse and location codes remain visible. Same part ID with another revision is a different part. Children bind physical part, abbreviation AND company.\n\nCurrent ITEM description/default inventory unit and current warehouse/location names are optional master enrichment, not historical transaction text. Joins use documented physical keys and additional company checks. Missing or cross-company masters keep the stock row, fall back to its recorded code and leave missing units/names empty. Current default U/M is corroborated by the official item-import rule requiring consistency with the inventory U/M, but the installed unit/conversion rules must still be checked. No invented EA unit or conversion.\n\nStored quantities are read separately, preserving zero, negative and NULL values. On-hand is NOT free-to-use, saleable or Net Available stock. Native Net Available depends on several buckets and an MRB production setting outside this package: no on-hand minus reserved shortcut. No mixed-unit totals, ABS, costs, prices, stock value, future delivery dates, valuation, legal inventory reconciliation or as-of-date snapshot. No date filter on current stock; last issue/receipt/adjustment/count dates are references, not movements in a selected period. Zero-location and non-on-hand location types are retained; not every location is usable stock.\n\nLocation type comes from the stored location-row native code with optional S_LOC_TYPE dictionary description; unknown/null codes remain explicit, never assumed On-Hand. Physical count date/reference is not a freshness certificate for all quantities. Current warehouse/location names do not establish operational availability. Expediting free text may contain confidential business information: restrict authorised SQL access and inspect real previews before sharing. No serial/lot history, manufacturing allocations, source credentials, employee data, addresses, export classification fields, audit usernames or modification timestamps are exported.\n\nEvidence: immutable official 8.1.0 transaction dictionary, 8.1 inventory-abbreviation/location help, part revision and security documentation, and separate item-import unit constraints. The main inventory help incorrectly describes On Hand as On Hold; the Inv Abbrev subtask explicitly says on-hand locations. This contradiction is recorded, not silently removed. Verify installed bucket meanings and reconciliation. Most physical definitions are blank; functional meanings are corroboration, NOT an installed calculation certificate. Oracle type spellings are NOT verified Microsoft SQL Server DDL or a 2026 schema.\n\nRequires administrator-authorised on-premises transaction SQL Server and dedicated least-privilege SELECT access to authorised parts/projects/companies. No Deltek Cloud database access, assumed dbo ownership, sa/sysadmin, DDL, writes, transfer/count or reconciliation execution. Default-schema object checks reject ambiguous resolution but cannot certify the intended source. Direct SQL does NOT inherit Costpoint company, project, role or part-security ITAR/EAR restrictions; opening filters are NOT ACLs. The administrator must enforce these restrictions on SQL views/accounts.\n\nPass Cifru compatibility/read tests, verify complete deployed keys, units, quantity buckets, source privileges, actual previews and timings. Up to 1,000 rows per list; option discovery/reads can be limited, loaded search is local, no automatic refresh. No completeness, real-time or performance guarantee.
