Company-scoped customer dossier with complete address and contact drilldowns; native DEMO, not real ERP validation.
UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. Select a company, find a customer and inspect the customer dossier. Open Addresses and Contacts separately on demand: complete locations, communication channels, address-use defaults and named contacts, not just a list of names.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one SQL Server source, three lists and two relations. 20 useful customer values, 17 address values and nine contact values in grouped Details. Business account/address/contact codes are visible; internal compound keys and audit fields are hidden. Company + customer is preserved in both children; contacts also verify their actual address parent. The runtime parent key comes from the joined customer row, so SQL-collation-equivalent child spelling does not break the Cifru relation. No cross-company mixing when account or address/contact codes repeat. Company selection is required at opening; the native opening company predicate is passed to the live SQL read before its row limit. After-load search is local and the opening filter is not an ERP authorization system. Opening-option discovery may be bounded; a missing option is not proof that a company has no records. Each list returns at most 1,000 rows and may be incomplete. Children use bound parameters and load only when opened. No scheduled refresh. Row limits do not guarantee low server cost.
The statement name may differ from the internal short name. Sales contact names/phone/fax come from customer sales defaults, not an inferred primary person in the Contacts table. Contacts retain their address code and contact code. Billing, shipping and Mark For use are decoded only for the documented D=Default, Y=Yes and N=No; unknown codes remain Code plus the original value and NULL is not No. These are address settings, not invoice/payment/delivery completion. Credit status stays a native code: the manual describes Ok/Warning/Hold but does not prove the SQL code mapping. Pricing project and catalog are alternative defaults; either may legitimately be blank. Currency defaults can be overridden by project or document settings and do not certify transaction amounts or conversion rates. Custom references retain neutral labels; their configured meaning is not guessed. No balances, credit limits, financial percentages, tax IDs, bank or payroll values are inferred.
Documentation: official Costpoint 8.1.0 Transaction Schema archive and 8.1 functional help. The archive records physical names, keys and parent relationships using Oracle type spellings; it is NOT verified Microsoft SQL Server DDL. SQL Server types, owner, deployed constraints and compatibility with an installed release remain unverified. Most column definitions are blank; field meaning comes from the separately preserved functional help, not simply from an invented dictionary description. The source is not a 2026 schema certificate. This is Costpoint, not Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision, Planning, Time & Expense or GovWin.
Use only an administrator-authorised on-premises SQL Server transaction database and a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account. Confirm the exact database/default schema, all three actual tables, every projected column, company scope and full keys before import. No dbo owner or SQL access to Deltek Cloud is assumed. The queries refuse mismatched default-schema object resolution. That check cannot identify the intended database/company or enforce Costpoint roles: empty results are not proof that no records exist. Cifru must pass its read/compatibility test and the user must inspect a real preview and timings. Do not use sa/sysadmin or execute administrative, replication or installation examples from the documentation.
Not tested on a real ERP or SQL Server. The query adapter and native DEMO gallery use wholly fictional data and do not prove installed compatibility, statutory compliance or source ACLs. The package includes no credentials, connection addresses, cached rows or vendor documents. Unofficial and not affiliated with Deltek.

Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one SQL Server source, three lists and two relations. 20 useful customer values, 17 address values and nine contact values in grouped Details. Business account/address/contact codes are visible; internal compound keys and audit fields are hidden. Company + customer is preserved in both children; contacts also verify their actual address parent. The runtime parent key comes from the joined customer row, so SQL-collation-equivalent child spelling does not break the Cifru relation. No cross-company mixing when account or address/contact codes repeat. Company selection is required at opening; the native opening company predicate is passed to the live SQL read before its row limit. After-load search is local and the opening filter is not an ERP authorization system. Opening-option discovery may be bounded; a missing option is not proof that a company has no records. Each list returns at most 1,000 rows and may be incomplete. Children use bound parameters and load only when opened. No scheduled refresh. Row limits do not guarantee low server cost.\n\nThe statement name may differ from the internal short name. Sales contact names/phone/fax come from customer sales defaults, not an inferred primary person in the Contacts table. Contacts retain their address code and contact code. Billing, shipping and Mark For use are decoded only for the documented D=Default, Y=Yes and N=No; unknown codes remain Code plus the original value and NULL is not No. These are address settings, not invoice/payment/delivery completion. Credit status stays a native code: the manual describes Ok/Warning/Hold but does not prove the SQL code mapping. Pricing project and catalog are alternative defaults; either may legitimately be blank. Currency defaults can be overridden by project or document settings and do not certify transaction amounts or conversion rates. Custom references retain neutral labels; their configured meaning is not guessed. No balances, credit limits, financial percentages, tax IDs, bank or payroll values are inferred.\n\nDocumentation: official Costpoint 8.1.0 Transaction Schema archive and 8.1 functional help. The archive records physical names, keys and parent relationships using Oracle type spellings; it is NOT verified Microsoft SQL Server DDL. SQL Server types, owner, deployed constraints and compatibility with an installed release remain unverified. Most column definitions are blank; field meaning comes from the separately preserved functional help, not simply from an invented dictionary description. The source is not a 2026 schema certificate. This is Costpoint, not Deltek Vantagepoint, Vision, Planning, Time & Expense or GovWin.\n\nUse only an administrator-authorised on-premises SQL Server transaction database and a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account. Confirm the exact database/default schema, all three actual tables, every projected column, company scope and full keys before import. No dbo owner or SQL access to Deltek Cloud is assumed. The queries refuse mismatched default-schema object resolution. That check cannot identify the intended database/company or enforce Costpoint roles: empty results are not proof that no records exist. Cifru must pass its read/compatibility test and the user must inspect a real preview and timings. Do not use sa/sysadmin or execute administrative, replication or installation examples from the documentation.\n\nNot tested on a real ERP or SQL Server. The query adapter and native DEMO gallery use wholly fictional data and do not prove installed compatibility, statutory compliance or source ACLs.
