For accountants, controllers and authorised managers: choose an account entry group and detail/summary indicator at opening, search account numbers or names, then inspect active status, project-required rules, the native account-type code, fiscal entry bounds, Time Collection type and seven stored hierarchy names in grouped same-row Details.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Free: one SQL Server source, one table/list, and Details of the same row. No custom SQL, joins, sub-buttons, widgets, calculated financial totals or subscription is required for this package. The account number is an operational accounting reference, not an unrelated technical ID. Y means yes and N means no for the documented indicators; other or missing values remain native. A detail account accepts charges; a summary account groups accounts. Active status alone does not prove that an account may be charged in a particular organisation, project or screen. Account entry groups restrict transaction-entry screens, not the reader’s database permissions. The account-type field is a NATIVE CODE, not a guessed translation of the six UI categories. Use the ERP to interpret its installed values. Starting/ending fiscal years and periods restrict NEW transaction entry; they do not prevent posting existing transactions. Blank fiscal bounds are valid and are not translated into inactive status. The stored level names are current hierarchy context, can include the account’s own level, and update when parent names change; they are not a historical snapshot or seven separate parent links. Time Collection type is conditional on licensing and may be blank. This is an account master, NOT a trial balance, general ledger, P&L, journal list or company-filtered permission report. No balance, currency, normal debit/credit side, financial-statement line or ORG_ACCT permission is invented. ACCT has no COMPANY_ID in the reviewed dictionary; do not assume company segregation or inherited application roles.
Maximum 2,000 accounts per read, with no periodic refresh. Narrow the opening selection or authorised source mapping if the bound is reached. Local filters act only on loaded rows; opening filters are not access control. Use a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account and administrator-approved source scope. No server, password, token or business rows are included.
Unofficial configuration based on the public Costpoint 8.1.0 transaction dictionary and 8.1 help. Oracle types in the dictionary are NOT certified SQL Server DDL. Confirm the actual database and default-schema owner, resolve ACCT unambiguously, verify every selected column and ACCT_ID uniqueness, and perform the required read test before import. No dbo owner or third-party SQL access to Deltek Cloud is assumed. The table uses the authorised source mapping; compatibility with another edition is not guaranteed. Documentary, offline synthetic and native DEMO checks do not replace testing on a real ERP installation.
