For purchasing, accounts-payable teams, supplier service and managers: choose a recorded supplier status, search by name/code or contact, then open current contacts, the full address, our account/reference at the supplier, ordering/payment defaults and recorded last payment references.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Free: one native table, one live list and all 35 selected business positions in same-row Details. No custom SQL, related lists, calculated totals, widgets or periodic refresh. Existing workspace resources count towards plan limits. Choose a recorded status at opening; All also includes unclassified, blank or unknown statuses. At most 2,000 matching suppliers are loaded. Search and local filters apply only to loaded rows, not the complete company database. Supplier class is optional in the reference and is not made a compulsory entry filter.
Current Apvend master only, not archived suppliers, a full CRM history, invoice lines, a supplier balance or an actual payment report. Current address/contact values are not historical transaction snapshots. Pay-to supplier, order-from address, buyer, class, industry, shipping, F.O.B., terms, language and urgency stay recorded codes, not guessed joined names. AP12 documents status A=Active, I=Inactive, T=Temporary, O=One-time; unknown/blank values are preserved. Payment urgency default 1 is not a complete legend. Phones, postal codes and references remain text.
The stored last-payment date can default to the system date; a date alone does not establish that payment occurred. Payment number/type/date are recorded references, not bank records, payment lines or confirmed amounts. Supplier currency is not assigned to a last payment or mixed-currency total. No balance, credit limit, YTD purchase, last-paid amount, bank account, routing, credit-card number, tax identity or technical update/audit field is selected.
Evidence: own AccountMate12 SQL/Express AP Database Reference, original PDF created April20,2021; 35 selected Apvend fields, documented cvendno primary key and AP12 status legend. This reference describes the backend company database. AMTBL widths and data-entry Required are not installed SQL DDL/nullability. Not AccountMate Enterprise or current SQL14 schema certification. No owner dbo is asserted. Ask the administrator to confirm the authorised company database and exactly one readable Apvend resolved identically by the SQL login on Android/iOS. Android metadata can prefer dbo for duplicate names; iOS uses SQL login/default-schema resolution. If owners are ambiguous, select the administrator-confirmed qualified object in Studio and repeat a bounded read test; do not import unchanged. This is a documented prerequisite, not a claim that import automatically rejects duplicate owners.
Use a least-privilege SELECT-only connection, not the system database or another company. Supplier code is unique within that database, not globally across companies. Direct SQL does not inherit ERP ACL: opening filters are not permissions. Validate installed edition, object/owner, fields/types, full-key uniqueness, collation, access rights, results and response times at import. A row cap is not a performance guarantee. No real ERP, SQL Server or iOS installation has been tested. No credentials, server addresses or production business rows are included. Unofficial configuration, not endorsed by AccountMate.

Gallery: Six original native Cifru DEMO images show complete supplier cards and all 35 selected business positions across four overlapping Details views. All names, addresses, contacts, codes and dates are invented; no AccountMate installation was connected. The package requires Free resources. The isolated filming environment uses a Pro test entitlement: this is not a Free purchase/entitlement test. Native capture selects status A; All, blanks and unknown statuses were checked only by documentary/synthetic reference tests, not a real SQL connection. Website is a native clickable field; the stored date retains its synthetic native ISO presentation. Neither installed SQL NULL/date formatting nor collation is certified. Seven exact original PNG/XML pairs, the frozen input and silent RAW master are retained privately. The Home overview is not a public gallery image. No field was removed, image retouched or row substituted to fit the gallery. The whole RAW remains pending separate video review. This is not a real ERP, SQL Server or iOS compatibility/performance test.
