For sales, customer service, credit-control teams and managers: choose a customer class, search by customer name/code or contact, then open the full customer dossier for current contact details, address, classifications, trading defaults and last invoice/receipt references.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Free: one native table, one live list and all 35 selected business fields in same-row Details. No custom SQL, related lists, widgets or scheduled refresh. Existing workspace resources count towards limits. Customer class must be chosen at opening; at most 2,000 matching customers are loaded. Search and local filters work on those rows, not the entire company database.
This is the current Arcust customer master, not a transaction snapshot, full CRM history, customer balance or invoice report. Primary-contact and customer-address fields are shown as recorded. Bill-to/ship-to/parent customer/warehouse/salesperson/payment/class/industry/territory values are codes, not joined names or additional address/contact lists. Status remains a native code: a default A alone does not establish a complete legend. Empty/unknown codes and NULL dates are not replaced with active or fabricated activity. Phones, ZIPs and reference numbers stay text.
Customer currency, last invoice currency and last receipt currency remain separate stored values. No balance, credit limit, sales amount, YTD amount or payment amount is included until its currency basis and semantics are independently verified. No password, FEIN/SSN, bank account/routing data or technical update/audit fields are selected.
Evidence: AccountMate 12 for SQL/Express AR Database Reference, original PDF created April20, 2021; 35 selected Arcust table fields and documented ccustno primary key. The reference describes a backend company database. Field widths from AMTBL and data-entry Required are not installed SQL DDL/nullability. AccountMate Enterprise is a different product scope; current SQL/Express 14 requirements and version13 functional reports do not certify its schema against this version12 reference. No dbo owner is asserted or guessed here. Before import, ask your administrator to confirm the authorised company database and exactly one readable object named Arcust. Its unqualified name must resolve to that same object under the SQL login on both platforms. Android metadata lookup prefers dbo when several owners expose the same table name; iOS direct SQL uses the login/default-schema resolution. This package does not assert the vendor owner and does not automatically reject duplicate owners. If names are ambiguous, DO NOT import it unchanged: select the administrator-confirmed schema-qualified Arcust object in Studio and repeat the bounded read/field check. This remains a native Free table configuration, not custom SQL. Source owner and default-schema behaviour were inspected in local reader code, NOT tested against an actual AccountMate or SQL Server installation.
Use an authorised least-privilege SELECT-only connection to the applicable company database, not the system DB or another company. Customer code is unique within that database, not globally across companies. Cifru filters are not ERP ACL; direct SQL access needs its own review and deployment permission. At import validate installed edition, object owner/name, selected fields/types, full key uniqueness, collation, permissions, results and response times. A row limit does not guarantee an inexpensive read. No real ERP, SQL Server or iOS test has been performed. No source credentials, server addresses or production rows are included. This is an unofficial configuration, not endorsed by AccountMate.

Gallery: Five original native Cifru DEMO images show the complete selected customer card and all 35 useful representative dossier positions across four overlapping Details views. All names, addresses, contacts, codes and dates are invented; no AccountMate installation was connected. The package genuinely requires Free resources. The isolated filming environment uses a Pro test entitlement: this is not a purchase/Free-entitlement test. Website links are native clickable fields, and dates retain the native presentation of these synthetic values. Seven current original PNG/XML pairs, frozen input and the silent RAW master are retained privately; the Home overview and supplementary list containing a test-transport null placeholder are not public gallery images. NULL behaviour on real SQL is not certified by this fixture. The previous incomplete-address take is retained unapproved. No field was removed, image retouched or row substituted to fit the gallery. The entire RAW remains pending separate video review. This is not a real ERP, SQL Server or iOS compatibility/performance test.

Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nFree: one native table, one live list and all 35 selected business fields in same-row Details. No custom SQL, related lists, widgets or scheduled refresh. Existing workspace resources count towards limits. Customer class must be chosen at opening; at most 2,000 matching customers are loaded. Search and local filters work on those rows, not the entire company database.\n\nThis is the current Arcust customer master, not a transaction snapshot, full CRM history, customer balance or invoice report. Primary-contact and customer-address fields are shown as recorded. Bill-to/ship-to/parent customer/warehouse/salesperson/payment/class/industry/territory values are codes, not joined names or additional address/contact lists. Status remains a native code: a default A alone does not establish a complete legend. Empty/unknown codes and NULL dates are not replaced with active or fabricated activity. The reference describes a backend company database. Field widths from AMTBL and data-entry Required are not installed SQL DDL/nullability. AccountMate Enterprise is a different product scope; current SQL/Express 14 requirements and version13 functional reports do not certify its schema against this version12 reference. No dbo owner is asserted or guessed here. Before import, ask your administrator to confirm the authorised company database and exactly one readable object named Arcust. Its unqualified name must resolve to that same object under the SQL login on both platforms. Android metadata lookup prefers dbo when several owners expose the same table name; iOS direct SQL uses the login/default-schema resolution. This package does not assert the vendor owner and does not automatically reject duplicate owners. If names are ambiguous, DO NOT import it unchanged: select the administrator-confirmed schema-qualified Arcust object in Studio and repeat the bounded read/field check. This remains a native Free table configuration, not custom SQL. Source owner and default-schema behaviour were inspected in local reader code, NOT tested against an actual AccountMate or SQL Server installation.\n\nUse an authorised least-privilege SELECT-only connection to the applicable company database, not the system DB or another company. Customer code is unique within that database, not globally across companies. Cifru filters are not ERP ACL; direct SQL access needs its own review and deployment permission. At import validate installed edition, object owner/name, selected fields/types, full key uniqueness, collation, permissions, results and response times. A row limit does not guarantee an inexpensive read. No real ERP, SQL Server or iOS test has been performed. No source credentials, server addresses or production rows are included. Seven current original PNG/XML pairs, frozen input and the silent RAW master are retained privately; the Home overview and supplementary list containing a test-transport null placeholder are not public gallery images. NULL behaviour on real SQL is not certified by this fixture. The previous incomplete-address take is retained unapproved. No field was removed, image retouched or row substituted to fit the gallery.
