Warum Cifru? Passen Sie Konfigurationen an Ihre Arbeitsweise an. Wählen Sie die benötigten Felder, Filter und Details und holen Sie Informationen aufs Smartphone, die in der mobilen App Ihrer Unternehmenssoftware möglicherweise fehlen. Die Möglichkeiten hängen von den zugänglichen Daten Ihrer autorisierten Quelle und Ihrem Cifru-Tarif ab.
Gelöschte Bestellungen und Preisanfragen (Status 100) werden ausgeschlossen. Nicht gelöschte Bestellungen mit fehlendem oder unbekanntem Status bleiben erhalten. Nur offiziell benannte Codes 20/30/50/500 werden übersetzt; keine erfundene Zuordnung für Offen oder Freigegeben. Abgeschlossen ist ein gespeicherter Status: JTL erlaubt auch manuelles Abschließen, deshalb ist er kein Beweis vollständiger Lieferung. Überfällig wird nicht durch Cifru neu berechnet. Kein Rechnungs-, Zahlungs- oder Freigabestatus.
Der Unterbutton liest genau die Positionen der internen Bestell-ID, nicht einer möglicherweise mehrfach vorkommenden Belegnummer. Bestellt, Geliefert und Offen sind getrennte native Werte; keine Neuberechnung oder Begrenzung auf Null. Auch negative Werte, freie Positionen und Überlieferungen bleiben erhalten. Positionslieferdatum ist ein voraussichtlicher Termin, keine Liefergarantie. VPE-Einheit und VPE-Menge sind Verpackungskontext und keine automatisch umgerechnete Bestellmenge.
EK netto und MwSt. bleiben Originalwerte, Bestellwährung aus dem zugehörigen Kopf. Währungsfaktor nur Kontext, keine Umrechnung. Keine erfundene Bestellsumme oder Preis-/Steuerberechnung. Netto-/Steuerbasis und Einheiten vor Geschäftsnutzung lokal prüfen. Lieferantenkontakt, Kundennummer beim Lieferanten und Zahlungsziel stammen aus dem aktuellen Lieferantenstamm, nicht einem historischen Bestellkontakt; Stamm-Zahlungsziel ist keine Rechnungsfälligkeit. Fehlender Stamm/Lager verwirft keinen Beleg oder Position. Lagerzuordnung ist der heutige Name des im Kopf gespeicherten Lagers und kein zugesagter Zielort für Dropshipping.
Pro: eine Quelle, zwei Listen, ein Unterbutton und read-only SQL; bis 2.000 Bestellungen, bis 1.000 Positionen je Beleg. Beim Öffnen native Periode, Lieferant und Status; Kinder nur auf Anfrage, kein periodischer Refresh. Zeilengrenzen und lokale Filter garantieren weder eine vollständige Periode noch kurze Serverlaufzeit. UI-Filter ersetzen keine Datenbankrechte oder Mandantentrennung. Nur autorisierte SELECT-Rechte; vertrauliche Kontakte, Preise und interne Kommentare nur Berechtigten zeigen.
