Vor dem Import Quelle zuordnen, Lesetest ausführen und Version, Berechtigungen, Spalten, Ergebnisse und Laufzeit prüfen.
Für Einkauf, Disposition und Geschäftsführung: Lieferanten nach Land eingrenzen, Kontakte unterwegs finden und im selben Datensatz Adresse, Zahlungsziel, Skonto, Lieferbedingungen und Notizen nachsehen. Die angezeigte eigene Kundennummer ist Ihre Nummer beim Lieferanten, nicht dessen interner Schlüssel. Die Kreditorennummer ist eine Buchhaltungsreferenz.
Warum Cifru? Passen Sie Konfigurationen an Ihre Arbeitsweise an. Wählen Sie die benötigten Felder, Filter und Details und holen Sie Informationen aufs Smartphone, die in der mobilen App Ihrer Unternehmenssoftware möglicherweise fehlen. Die Möglichkeiten hängen von den zugänglichen Daten Ihrer autorisierten Quelle und Ihrem Cifru-Tarif ab.
Die Konditionen sind gespeicherte Stammdaten, keine offenen Posten, Rechnungsfälligkeiten oder zugesagten Liefertermine. Originalbeträge werden nicht umgerechnet oder addiert. Bestellwährung und Konditionen vor Verwendung in der eigenen Installation prüfen; Netto-/Bruttobasis wird nicht aus Feldnamen behauptet. Lieferzeit bleibt der native Stammwert ohne erfundene Zeiteinheit. Nicht dokumentierte Aktiv-/Sperrcodes werden nicht als Ja/Nein umgedeutet; die Liste ist nicht auf aktive Lieferanten beschränkt. Leere Felder bleiben leer.
Free: eine Quelle, eine native Tabelle und Details desselben Datensatzes; kein eigenes SQL, keine Verknüpfungen und keine Widgets. Vorhandene Ressourcen im Arbeitsbereich zählen mit. Beim Öffnen Land oder alle Länder wählen. Maximal 2.000 Datensätze pro Lesevorgang, keine periodische Aktualisierung. Suche und lokale Filter betreffen geladene Zeilen; bei Erreichen des Limits ist die Liste nicht als vollständiger Bestand zu interpretieren.
Nur autorisierte SELECT-Zugriffe verwenden. Sichtbare Filter ersetzen keine SQL-Berechtigungen oder Mandantentrennung. Keine Bankverbindungen, Zugangsdaten oder System-URLs im Paket. Kontaktdaten, Anschriften und Notizen können vertraulich sein: Zugriff nach Bedarf begrenzen. Screenshots enthalten ausschließlich erfundene DEMO-Daten in der echten Cifru-Oberfläche.
