Für Lager, Versand, Kundenservice und Leitung: Lieferscheinperiode wählen; Auftragsbezug, historische Lieferanschrift, Paketanzahl und gesetzte Versanddaten prüfen. Zwei eigene Unterbuttons zeigen tatsächliche Lieferpositionen beziehungsweise einzelne Pakete mit Tracking, Versandart und Hinweisen.

Die Möglichkeiten hängen von den zugänglichen Daten Ihrer autorisierten Quelle und Ihrem Cifru-Tarif ab.
Ein Lieferschein bleibt genau ein Datensatz, auch bei mehreren Paketen oder Positionen. Paketanzahl und Anzahl mit Versanddatum werden getrennt gezählt; erstes/letztes Datum nur aus vorhandenen Paketdaten. Der Versanddatumsstand ist eine ausdrücklich abgeleitete Datumsübersicht, nicht der native JTL-Ordnerstatus, Fehlerstatus oder ein Zustellnachweis. Keine Paketdaten sind kein belegter Versandfehler. Das Versanddatum kann manuell, per Import oder schon bei der Etikettenerstellung gesetzt werden. Packdatum, Dokumentdruck und Lieferschein-E-Mail sind keine Versanddaten. Shipping-Service-Code und Fulfillment-Code bleiben nativ, ohne erfundene Legende.
Empfänger und Anschrift kommen aus Typ 0 der historischen Auftragsanschrift, nicht aus dem heutigen Kundenstamm und nicht zwingend einer unveränderlichen Lieferscheinanschrift. Nur genau eine passende Anschrift wird angereichert; mehrere/fehlende Anschriften behalten den Beleg mit Hinweis. Fehlender Auftrag entfernt keinen Lieferschein. Auftragsstorno bleibt getrennt sichtbar und ist keine Paketstornierung. Keine unbelegte Firmenbezeichnung aus dem kFirmaHistory-Schlüssel, keine Bank-, Benutzer- oder Anmeldedaten.
Lieferpositionen sind an die echte Lieferschein-ID gebunden, niemals allein an die sichtbare Nummer. Auftragsposition zusätzlich durch Position-ID und zugehörigen Auftrag geprüft; ein fehlender oder falscher Bezug entfernt keine Lieferposition. Menge auf diesem Lieferschein und Menge der gesamten Auftragsposition sind getrennt. Einheit, Nettopreis, Rabatt, Steuer und Währung sind Auftragskontext, keine Rechnungssumme oder paketbezogene Geldbewertung. Keine Mengen unterschiedlicher Einheiten summieren, keine Lieferwerte erfinden.
Jedes Paket behält seine eigene ID, Tracking-ID, native Datumswerte, aktuellen Versandartnamen, Logistiker, Fulfillment-Anbieter, Packzeit in Sekunden und Hinweis. Fehlende Tracking-ID ist ausdrücklich erkennbar. Ankunft ist voraussichtlich, nicht tatsächlich zugestellt. Gewicht ausgelassen, weil die Einheit in den gewählten Belegen nicht nachgewiesen ist. Keine Tracking-URL automatisch erzeugt oder geöffnet, keine Mitarbeiterabfrage in eazybusiness. Versandart ist aktueller Stamm, nicht garantierter historischer Name.
Pro: eine Quelle, drei Listen, zwei Unterbuttons, ausschließlich read-only SQL. Bis 1.000 Lieferscheine und je 1.000 Positionen/Pakete; Zeitraum vor der äußeren Zeilengrenze. Keine Garantie vollständiger Perioden oder kurzer Serverlaufzeit: korrelierte Zählungen/Datumsaggregate und lokale Indizes prüfen. Kinder nur auf Anfrage, kein automatischer Refresh. Native Suche/Filter gelten für geladene Zeilen. UI-Filter sind keine Mandantenrechte oder Übernahme der JTL-Rollen; SQL-SELECT-Rechte separat autorisieren. Keine Versand-, Druck-, Label-, Lösch- oder Lagerbuchungsaktionen.

Zwei eigene Unterbuttons zeigen tatsächliche Lieferpositionen beziehungsweise einzelne Pakete mit Tracking, Versandart und Hinweisen.\n\nWarum Cifru? Passen Sie Konfigurationen an Ihre Arbeitsweise an. Wählen Sie die benötigten Felder, Filter und Details und holen Sie Informationen aufs Smartphone, die in der mobilen App Ihrer Unternehmenssoftware möglicherweise fehlen. Die Möglichkeiten hängen von den zugänglichen Daten Ihrer autorisierten Quelle und Ihrem Cifru-Tarif ab.\n\nEin Lieferschein bleibt genau ein Datensatz, auch bei mehreren Paketen oder Positionen. Paketanzahl und Anzahl mit Versanddatum werden getrennt gezählt; erstes/letztes Datum nur aus vorhandenen Paketdaten. Der Versanddatumsstand ist eine ausdrücklich abgeleitete Datumsübersicht, nicht der native JTL-Ordnerstatus, Fehlerstatus oder ein Zustellnachweis. Keine Paketdaten sind kein belegter Versandfehler. Das Versanddatum kann manuell, per Import oder schon bei der Etikettenerstellung gesetzt werden. Packdatum, Dokumentdruck und Lieferschein-E-Mail sind keine Versanddaten. Shipping-Service-Code und Fulfillment-Code bleiben nativ, ohne erfundene Legende.\n\nEmpfänger und Anschrift kommen aus Typ 0 der historischen Auftragsanschrift, nicht aus dem heutigen Kundenstamm und nicht zwingend einer unveränderlichen Lieferscheinanschrift. Nur genau eine passende Anschrift wird angereichert; mehrere/fehlende Anschriften behalten den Beleg mit Hinweis. Fehlender Auftrag entfernt keinen Lieferschein. Auftragsstorno bleibt getrennt sichtbar und ist keine Paketstornierung. Keine unbelegte Firmenbezeichnung aus dem kFirmaHistory-Schlüssel, keine Bank-, Benutzer- oder Anmeldedaten.\n\nLieferpositionen sind an die echte Lieferschein-ID gebunden, niemals allein an die sichtbare Nummer. Auftragsposition zusätzlich durch Position-ID und zugehörigen Auftrag geprüft; ein fehlender oder falscher Bezug entfernt keine Lieferposition. Menge auf diesem Lieferschein und Menge der gesamten Auftragsposition sind getrennt. Einheit, Nettopreis, Rabatt, Steuer und Währung sind Auftragskontext, keine Rechnungssumme oder paketbezogene Geldbewertung. Keine Mengen unterschiedlicher Einheiten summieren, keine Lieferwerte erfinden.\n\nJedes Paket behält seine eigene ID, Tracking-ID, native Datumswerte, aktuellen Versandartnamen, Logistiker, Fulfillment-Anbieter, Packzeit in Sekunden und Hinweis. Fehlende Tracking-ID ist ausdrücklich erkennbar. Ankunft ist voraussichtlich, nicht tatsächlich zugestellt. Gewicht ausgelassen, weil die Einheit in den gewählten Belegen nicht nachgewiesen ist. Keine Tracking-URL automatisch erzeugt oder geöffnet, keine Mitarbeiterabfrage in eazybusiness. Versandart ist aktueller Stamm, nicht garantierter historischer Name.\n\nPro: eine Quelle, drei Listen, zwei Unterbuttons, ausschließlich read-only SQL. Bis 1.000 Lieferscheine und je 1.000 Positionen/Pakete; Zeitraum vor der äußeren Zeilengrenze. Keine Garantie vollständiger Perioden oder kurzer Serverlaufzeit: korrelierte Zählungen/Datumsaggregate und lokale Indizes prüfen. Kinder nur auf Anfrage, kein automatischer Refresh. Native Suche/Filter gelten für geladene Zeilen. UI-Filter sind keine Mandantenrechte oder Übernahme der JTL-Rollen; SQL-SELECT-Rechte separat autorisieren.
