UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. Suppliers: find firms by name or number, select a status, inspect the complete firm dossier and open all associated address references with their location and communication channels. Review stored prior-work, recommendation and specialty information without guessing balances.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one SQL Server source, 2 lists and 1 relations. 14 firm values and 12 address values in grouped Details. Vendor contacts linked only by legacy Vendor/VEAddress fields are not included: those relations require separate verification. ClientID, ContactID and the complete composite address identity are hidden. Address reference is the stored ERP address designation, not a guessed delivery/invoice type. Distinct addresses remain distinct even when names, cities or address references repeat across firms. Only records attached to the selected firm are requested, with bound parameters. No scheduled refresh; each list is bounded to 2,000 rows and may be incomplete. Local search/filtering acts on loaded rows. A row limit is not a performance guarantee.
Physical names, types, nullability and keys use the official Vantagepoint 2025.1 dictionary. The ClientInd/VendorInd and supplier Y/N meanings are supplementary Deltek 2026.2 API documentation, not physical SQL evidence and not a frozen full API response. Confirm their meaning in the installed edition and real preview before relying on role selection. Firms with both roles may legitimately appear in both dossiers. Unknown role values are not treated as No or selected automatically. Unknown status/flag values remain visible as Code plus their original value; NULL remains blank. Relationship, classification, specialty and country/state values remain native codes. Employees means the number of employees at the external firm, not your own HR roster. Recommendation/prior work are stored flags, not Cifru evaluations. The inconsistent AnnualRevenue definition is not used; no currency or balance is inferred. Contacts.Billing and Contacts.PrimaryInd are reserved and not used to infer a primary/billing contact. Address primary/billing/accounting flags and tax identifiers are not projected in this first dossier.
Use only an administrator-approved on-premises SQL Server database with a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account. Confirm database, default schema, object resolution, all projected columns, complete keys, company/record scope and timings. No dbo owner is assumed; the queries refuse mismatched default-schema resolution. Empty results can mean absent metadata or a wrong scope, not absence of business records. Complete the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview at import. Direct SQL does not inherit Vantagepoint role, company or confidentiality controls; opening filters are not access control. The same-edition installation guide has not been frozen; older vendor on-premises/SQL context does not certify current server requirements. No direct Deltek Cloud/ODBC access is promised. Do not use sa/sysadmin or run administrative/migration/backup examples.
Not tested on a real ERP or SQL Server. Synthetic query-adapter tests and native DEMO screenshots do not prove installed compatibility. The package contains no connection address, password, key, cached business row or vendor document. No source writes, bank/tax identifiers, personal home phone or audit/internal integration fields. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one SQL Server source, 2 lists and 1 relations. 14 firm values and 12 address values in grouped Details. Vendor contacts linked only by legacy Vendor/VEAddress fields are not included: those relations require separate verification. ClientID, ContactID and the complete composite address identity are hidden. Address reference is the stored ERP address designation, not a guessed delivery/invoice type. Distinct addresses remain distinct even when names, cities or address references repeat across firms. Only records attached to the selected firm are requested, with bound parameters. No scheduled refresh; each list is bounded to 2,000 rows and may be incomplete. Local search/filtering acts on loaded rows. A row limit is not a performance guarantee.\n\nPhysical names, types, nullability and keys use the official Vantagepoint 2025.1 dictionary. The ClientInd/VendorInd and supplier Y/N meanings are supplementary Deltek 2026.2 API documentation, not physical SQL evidence and not a frozen full API response. Confirm their meaning in the installed edition and real preview before relying on role selection. Firms with both roles may legitimately appear in both dossiers. Unknown role values are not treated as No or selected automatically. Unknown status/flag values remain visible as Code plus their original value; NULL remains blank. Relationship, classification, specialty and country/state values remain native codes. Employees means the number of employees at the external firm, not your own HR roster. Recommendation/prior work are stored flags, not Cifru evaluations. The inconsistent AnnualRevenue definition is not used; no currency or balance is inferred. Contacts.Billing and Contacts.PrimaryInd are reserved and not used to infer a primary/billing contact. Address primary/billing/accounting flags and tax identifiers are not projected in this first dossier.\n\nUse only an administrator-approved on-premises SQL Server database with a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account. Confirm database, default schema, object resolution, all projected columns, complete keys, company/record scope and timings. No dbo owner is assumed; the queries refuse mismatched default-schema resolution. Empty results can mean absent metadata or a wrong scope, not absence of business records. Complete the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview at import. Direct SQL does not inherit Vantagepoint role, company or confidentiality controls; opening filters are not access control. The same-edition installation guide has not been frozen; older vendor on-premises/SQL context does not certify current server requirements. No direct Deltek Cloud/ODBC access is promised. Do not use sa/sysadmin or run administrative/migration/backup examples.\n\nNot tested on a real ERP or SQL Server.
