UNOFFICIAL — NOT VALIDATED ON A REAL ERP INSTALLATION. Keep a client firm and its directly associated project, phase or task records together. Search by firm name or number, select firm status, inspect the firm dossier, then open Associated work on demand. See the native role code and description, primary-client flag, WBS context, team, key dates, estimated progress, stored billing-currency fees, site and notes.
Why Cifru? Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.
Pro: one SQL Server source, two lists, one on-demand relation; 10 firm values and 43 work/association values in grouped Details. ClientID and association PKey are hidden. The non-unique firm/WBS index is NOT used as identity: multiple association records remain separate. All three WBS components are matched to PR; root and intermediate phase existence are checked. Association reads use the selected firm parameter before the 2,000-row limit. Only DIRECT associations of this firm are included; no parent/subsidiary firm-hierarchy expansion, inferred billing assignments or automatic primary-client fallback. An empty portfolio may mean no stored associations or the wrong authorised scope, not that the firm has no work.
The firm client/vendor flags and the project-association client/vendor flags are distinct. A firm registered as a client can legitimately have a vendor role on a project. Native role codes are defined by your administrator; no universal role names are invented. The stored RoleDescription remains available. TeamStatus is vendor-team status and is displayed only when the association vendor flag is Y; it is not project status. The primary-client confidentiality flag is shown as context, not enforced as an ERP security policy. No other firm primary/billing client name, billing contact, confidential alias or bank/tax information is joined. Firm address reference is an association designation, not the WBS site or a verified invoice address. Unknown flags/codes remain visible or blank when NULL; they do not become No. WBS site values are from the EXACT associated PR record, not an inherited root address.
Compensation fields are stored labor/direct-expense fees, reimbursable allowances and consultant fees in the ROOT project BillingCurrencyCode. They are NOT invoices, billed revenue, actual costs, profit, cash or balances; never add amounts across associations or WBS levels. The same work can appear more than once, and Cifru performs no roll-up or currency conversion. Non-Regular amounts remain blank. Progress is stored ESTIMATED completion, not computed actual hours. Confirm unknown/blank currency and contradictory values in a real preview.
Physical names/types/keys use the official 2025.1 dictionary. The ClientID definition retains the historical CL.ClientID label, while the selected physical firm table is Clendor; the supplementary 7.2 project-firm format identifies the internal firm ID and WBS linkage. No CL or Vendor column is invented in this SQL. 7.2 association/WBS meanings are supplementary, not same-edition certification. General firm Y/N role meanings retain the separately disclosed 2026.2 API/body-access limitation. StartDate/EndDate and functional-currency amounts with conflicting meanings are not projected; EstStartDate uses disclosed 7.2 semantics. All 30-character WBS values remain intact; the seven-character overview does not truncate them.
Live reads, no scheduled refresh. Each list may be incomplete at 2,000 rows; opening status/search/filtering acts on loaded rows and is NOT access control. A row limit is not a performance guarantee. Use only an administrator-approved on-premises SQL Server database and a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account with explicitly authorised firm/project/company scope. Direct SQL does NOT inherit Vantagepoint role, confidentiality or field masking rules. Verify database, default schema, object resolution, keys, projected columns, installed meanings and query timings; no dbo owner is assumed. Mismatched default-schema resolution refuses results, not certifies the correct source. Complete the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview at import. No direct Deltek Cloud/ODBC access promised; do not use sa/sysadmin, writes, DDL or administrative/migration examples.
Not tested on a real ERP or SQL Server. Synthetic adapter tests and native DEMO screenshots do not prove installed compatibility. No credentials, connection address, cached business row, executable code or vendor HTML in the package. Unofficial and not affiliated with Deltek.

Adapt configurations to the way you work. Choose the fields, filters and details you need, and bring information to your phone that may not be available in your business software’s own mobile app. Available options depend on the data exposed by your authorized source and your Cifru plan.\n\nPro: one SQL Server source, two lists, one on-demand relation; 10 firm values and 43 work/association values in grouped Details. ClientID and association PKey are hidden. The non-unique firm/WBS index is NOT used as identity: multiple association records remain separate. All three WBS components are matched to PR; root and intermediate phase existence are checked. Association reads use the selected firm parameter before the 2,000-row limit. Only DIRECT associations of this firm are included; no parent/subsidiary firm-hierarchy expansion, inferred billing assignments or automatic primary-client fallback. An empty portfolio may mean no stored associations or the wrong authorised scope, not that the firm has no work.\n\nThe firm client/vendor flags and the project-association client/vendor flags are distinct. A firm registered as a client can legitimately have a vendor role on a project. Native role codes are defined by your administrator; no universal role names are invented. The stored RoleDescription remains available. TeamStatus is vendor-team status and is displayed only when the association vendor flag is Y; it is not project status. The primary-client confidentiality flag is shown as context, not enforced as an ERP security policy. No other firm primary/billing client name, billing contact, confidential alias or bank/tax information is joined. Firm address reference is an association designation, not the WBS site or a verified invoice address. Unknown flags/codes remain visible or blank when NULL; they do not become No. WBS site values are from the EXACT associated PR record, not an inherited root address.\n\nCompensation fields are stored labor/direct-expense fees, reimbursable allowances and consultant fees in the ROOT project BillingCurrencyCode. They are NOT invoices, billed revenue, actual costs, profit, cash or balances; never add amounts across associations or WBS levels. The same work can appear more than once, and Cifru performs no roll-up or currency conversion. Non-Regular amounts remain blank. Progress is stored ESTIMATED completion, not computed actual hours. Confirm unknown/blank currency and contradictory values in a real preview.\n\nPhysical names/types/keys use the official 2025.1 dictionary. The ClientID definition retains the historical CL.ClientID label, while the selected physical firm table is Clendor; the supplementary 7.2 project-firm format identifies the internal firm ID and WBS linkage. No CL or Vendor column is invented in this SQL. 7.2 association/WBS meanings are supplementary, not same-edition certification. General firm Y/N role meanings retain the separately disclosed 2026.2 API/body-access limitation. StartDate/EndDate and functional-currency amounts with conflicting meanings are not projected; EstStartDate uses disclosed 7.2 semantics. All 30-character WBS values remain intact; the seven-character overview does not truncate them.\n\nLive reads, no scheduled refresh. Each list may be incomplete at 2,000 rows; opening status/search/filtering acts on loaded rows and is NOT access control. A row limit is not a performance guarantee. Use only an administrator-approved on-premises SQL Server database and a dedicated least-privilege SELECT account with explicitly authorised firm/project/company scope. Direct SQL does NOT inherit Vantagepoint role, confidentiality or field masking rules. Verify database, default schema, object resolution, keys, projected columns, installed meanings and query timings; no dbo owner is assumed. Mismatched default-schema resolution refuses results, not certifies the correct source. Complete the Cifru read/compatibility test and inspect a real preview at import. No direct Deltek Cloud/ODBC access promised; do not use sa/sysadmin, writes, DDL or administrative/migration examples.\n\nNot tested on a real ERP or SQL Server.
