Untuk akuntan, staf keuangan, dan manajer: pilih kelompok akun saat membuka daftar, cari nomor atau nama akun, lalu periksa klasifikasi neraca, laba/rugi, atau laba ditahan, saldo normal debit/kredit, status aktif, satuan kuantitas, dan mata uang default transaksi.
Mengapa Cifru? Sesuaikan konfigurasi dengan cara kerja Anda. Pilih kolom, filter, dan rincian yang diperlukan, lalu tampilkan informasi di ponsel yang mungkin belum tersedia di aplikasi seluler bawaan perangkat lunak bisnis Anda. Pilihannya bergantung pada data yang dapat diakses dari sumber yang Anda berwenang gunakan dan paket Cifru Anda.
Free: satu sumber, satu daftar, dan rincian baris yang sama. Tanpa SQL khusus, relasi antar daftar, widget, atau langganan berbayar untuk paket ini. Nomor akun berformat terlihat; kunci internal disembunyikan. Jenis B = neraca, I = laba/rugi (pendapatan DAN beban), R = laba ditahan. Saldo normal 1 = debit, 2 = kredit: ini pengaturan akun, BUKAN nilai saldo uang. Aktif 0 = tidak, 1 = ya; status aktif bukan jaminan izin posting. Mata uang default hanya usulan saat memasukkan transaksi; bukan mata uang fungsional dan bukan daftar lengkap mata uang yang diizinkan. Kode kelompok ditampilkan apa adanya, tanpa mengarang nama kelompok. Paket ini bukan neraca saldo, buku besar, laporan laba/rugi, atau daftar jurnal; tidak menghitung ataupun menjumlahkan saldo. Maksimum 2.000 akun per pembacaan, tanpa refresh berkala. Gunakan kelompok atau batasi pemetaan sumber jika batas tercapai. Filter lokal hanya bekerja pada baris yang sudah dimuat; filter UI bukan kontrol akses. Gunakan akun SQL baca-saja dengan izin sesuai pengguna.
Konfigurasi komunitas tidak resmi untuk basis data perusahaan Sage 300 / SQL Server, berdasarkan AOM dan bantuan resmi 2023. Bukan Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Periksa edisi, owner dbo, kolom, keunikan ACCTID, hak akses, dan kinerja saat impor. Tipe fisik SQL belum diperiksa dan kompatibilitas dengan versi lain tidak dijamin.
