Articole contabile B.V. deja existente în Nexus, cu perioadă nativă la deschidere și filtre opționale pentru cont debit, cont credit și modul. Fiecare rând reprezintă un articol, nu o notă contabilă agregată. Vezi documentul, corespondența debit–credit, suma și explicațiile; Detalii arată analiticele și punctele de lucru fără identificatori tehnici. Sumă articol și sumă în moneda documentului sunt câmpuri distincte preluate din ERP, fără conversie Cifru. Nu se adună monede diferite. Nu se declanșează colectarea, validarea sau generarea notelor; o perioadă necolectată în ERP poate fi incompletă. Nu este o balanță de verificare și nu certifică închiderea contabilă.
