EDISI KHUSUS: AX 2012 R3 on-premises pada SQL Server, hanya instalasi lama yang sudah ada. Dukungan diperpanjang berakhir 11 Januari 2023 (Microsoft Lifecycle, zona Pacific). Bukan anjuran memasang ERP lama atau membuka server ke internet; bukan AX 2009, Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM, Business Central atau akses SQL cloud.
Pro nyata: satu sumber, satu Home, tiga daftar, dua sub-tombol lazy. Partisi dan DATAAREAID tersimpan wajib sebelum batas 1.000 baris; anak mempertahankan perusahaan/partisi/pemasok/party tepat, pencocokan perusahaan biner dan Int64 sebagai teks. Tidak ada refresh berkala. Batas baris bukan jaminan kueri murah/ekspor lengkap; verifikasi kunci, indeks, waktu dan kelengkapan lokal, tanpa deduplikasi untuk menyembunyikan kunci salah.
KONDISI SAAT INI: YourAccountNum adalah akun kita pada pemasok; InvoiceAccount adalah akun pemasok penagih, bukan akun pelanggan. Currency adalah mata uang faktur pemasok bawaan. Kelompok harga, diskon baris/multibaris/total, diskon tunai dan biaya adalah KODE pengaturan master, bukan harga final, persentase diskon, pajak atau pembayaran nyata. Jadwal/hari/metode/penanganan pembayaran juga kode, bukan tanggal jatuh tempo faktur. Tidak ada CreditMax: mata uang akuntansi belum diverifikasi, tidak boleh diasumsikan sama dengan Currency. CreditRating adalah nilai pemasok tercatat; bukan rating kita atau keputusan kredit yang dihitung.
Status penangguhan dan pemasok satu kali memakai rantai EDT/enum vendor resmi; NULL/asing tetap eksplisit. Never tetap kode sumber. BlockedReleaseDate adalah timestamp pelepasan sumber, bukan bukti status efektif atau izin transaksi sekarang. Seluruh dossier adalah master SAAT INI, bukan salinan historis faktur.
PRIVASI: hanya IsPrivate=0 pada lokasi/komunikasi dan PrivateForParty=0 disertakan; NULL/asing ditolak. Kontak utama harus cocok dengan party dan lokasi nonprivat. Alamat mencakup masa lalu/masa depan dan validitas kosong tetap terlihat kosong, bukan dianggap berlaku sekarang. Kode negara/provinsi adalah kode sumber, bukan ISO/kamus yang ditebak. Tidak ada rekening bank, kartu, identitas pemerintah pribadi atau audit. Nama/kontak bisnis tetap dapat merupakan data pribadi; akses hanya bila berwenang.
AKSES: Filter bukan ACL. SQL langsung tidak mewarisi AOS/XDS atau seluruh izin/privasi AX. Perusahaan virtual mungkin menyimpan DATAAREAID bersama seperti VIR; administrator memverifikasi pemetaan dan membatasi akun SELECT pada server.
DOKUMENTASI: referensi tabel/kolom Microsoft AOT, EDT/enum vendor dan address-book asli, bukan sertifikat DDL instalasi. Verifikasi versi R3, modul, schema pemilik, kolom, relasi, kunci/index dan izin sebelum uji baca terbatas saat impor. Guard hanya memeriksa objek U/schema, bukan semua metadata fisik. Paket dan DEMO sepenuhnya fiktif; tes SQLite adaptasi bukan SQL Server atau ERP nyata.
