Delete a Cifru Community account

Cifru workspace data stays on the device and can be removed from Settings. A Community account exists only if you chose to sign in for publishing, reviews, reports or contributor management.

Delete online account data

1. Sign in with the same identity provider used to create the account.
2. Open Account, go to Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Identity links, sessions and legal acceptances are deleted; reviews are removed and published templates are withdrawn. Data strictly required for security, a legal obligation or a dispute may be retained for the applicable period.

If sign-in is unavailable, contact support@cifru.eu from the address associated with the provider.
