A useful product catalogue for sales, purchasing, logistics teams and managers using an authorised Apache OFBiz SQL Server deployment. Search products, choose a brand and open pack contents, lifecycle dates, product/shipping dimensions and sales controls. The available template uses Free resources and has 33 useful same-row fields. Unofficial: documented against Apache OFBiz 24.09.07 and demonstrated with wholly fictional DEMO data, not validated on a real ERP installation or affiliated with Apache. Why Cifru? Adapt your screens and useful fields, or link other authorised sources where your plan allows. Depending on available data and access, you can include information that may not appear in your usual mobile view. OFBiz derivatives are not automatically compatible; the shipped default Derby backend is not SQL Server.

How to configure the data source in Cifru

1. Ask your administrator to confirm that your OFBiz installation really uses SQL Server. This template is not for Derby, H2, PostgreSQL or another database engine. The official SQL Server example uses dbo, but your installed owner, custom model and tenant database may differ.
2. In Cifru Sources, configure your own authorised SQL Server connection with validated TLS and a dedicated least-privilege SELECT login. Direct SQL does not inherit OFBiz application or role-limited permissions: enforce tenant/company/store access at the source. Never use a vendor demo/admin login.
3. Open Community, import Product catalogue and map the source. Verify existing dbo.PRODUCT, all 33 selected columns and a unique, non-null PRODUCT_ID. Remap and retest if your installation differs. Run the read/compatibility test and inspect real results before business use.
4. Open Product catalogue, choose Brand or All, search the loaded cards and tap a product for Details. Pack contents and inventory controls are not counted stock. Units and control codes remain source values; this is not a price, order or availability report. Each read is capped at 2,000 rows; local search sees only loaded data. There is no periodic refresh.
The package uses Free resources, but existing workspace resources also count toward plan limits. The six gallery photos are fictional native Cifru DEMO, not ERP/SQL Server/iOS or Free purchase certification. The video is a general English SQL Server tutorial using NexusERP, not a demonstrated OFBiz connection. Do not copy its Nexus table names or certificate exception. Credentials are configured on your device, not included in the Community package.
